A guest writes, "We stayed at the Hotel Zephyr Fisherman's Wharf last spring, The location is excellent for sight-seeing at Fisherman's Wharf, catching a trolley just a few blocks away at the Aquatic Park (beautiful spot for viewing the Golden Gate Bridge) and within blocks of many wonderful seafood and Italian restaurants. The staff were all friendly. The concierge had many helpful maps and schedules for streetcars, trolleys or BART. The rooms were small, but clean. There is a parking garage included with the hotel -- an important amenity, since it's better to park your car and use the public transportation (and more fun).

Meyer writes, "A very good choice is the Hotel Zephyr at Fisherman´s Wharf. Very good rooms for a affordable price! This is one of the best places to start for a scenic drive or walk in the heart of SF."

Jane Nevins writes, "The beds were comfortable but the staff were aloof and aggessive, and unfriendly.Security was very good ,the employees who worked behind the desk found it necessary to greet you with all their rules when you arrived and agressivley let you know consequences as soon as you checked in not tourist friendly after a flight
The location is great."
