From the elbowing locals, to the bellowing homeless, to the three or four people who have no inner monologue &#8212; it&#8217;s a cramped, sweat-filled, iPod-blaring boiling pot of locals and tourists unlike anything you&#8217;ve ever seen &#8212; unless you&#8217;ve been to<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/haight.html\">Haight<\/a> Street on Halloween.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">With the best public transportation system on the West Coast, visitors and locals not only use San Francisco&#8217;s world-famous<a href=\"\/cablecars.html\">\u00a0cable cars<\/a> filled with dangling, overly-excited tourists to get around, but also ride the old-fashioned<a href=\"\/muni.html\">\u00a0streetcars<\/a>, Italian-made trains,<a href=\"\/ferry.html\">\u00a0ferries<\/a>, and, of course,<a href=\"\/muni.html\">\u00a0buses<\/a>. BART will also take you to San Francisco&#8217;s surrounding and equally quirky cities where you can either go to Berkeley and join an ultra-liberal movement or go to Oakland and get wild, the surrounding cities easily match San Francisco in\u00a0 sheer strangeness.<\/p>\n<div class=\"right\">    <script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- San Francisco Responsive Desktop Mobile 2015 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6725039255769208\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"4557221221\"\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Finally, go to the Embarcadero or<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/fish.html\">Fisherman&#8217;s Wharf<\/a> and take the ferry across the Bay to Marin &#8212; a beautiful county that holds the likes of bayside towns<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/sausalito-california.html\">Sausalito<\/a> and Tiburon, both gorgeous and both practically overflowing with money.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">With a slew of transportation choices, it&#8217;s no wonder why most locals don&#8217;t get their driver&#8217;s license until they&#8217;re 19-20 &#8212; there&#8217;s just no need.
